Syrpolis before death: [link] Well this ref sheet took me less time than my other ones, but I'm not 100% happy with it either. XD I wanted to show what happened to Syrpolis at least. I will still draw her in her living form from time to time~ Basically she's dead but with free access to the living realm. She often wanders back and forth between life and the afterlife. Syrpolis is the only known Magna Dormio to have been blessed (cursed?) with deity-like powers from an earthly culture. Unfortunately the people of Egypt have no idea what a Magna Dormio is, hence the 'unknown' on the ref. Hurrrrr. I used =Shinerai's lovely Nailmus Ref v4.0 as a guide for trying to do my first scaled dragon! (Thank you, Shin!) However I'm not entirely happy with them, and I think I'll stick to smooth skin or fur for a while before doing these again :C I'd love to develop my own way of doing them someday though! character, art © |
